Enjoy watching the birds flit across the marsh, listening to the soothing sound of the surf, or wandering along the golden sands of the beaches on your doorstep.

The house comfortably sleeps up to three guests and features an open loft upstairs that is both cozy and charming. In this inviting space, you’ll find a queen bed surrounded by a cozy seating area, with large windows that offer beautiful views of the marsh and its peaceful bush surroundings. The gentle light that streams through these windows makes the loft the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet moment with a good book.

Geoff’s is ideally located to make the most of Akaroa's natural beauty. A short walk up the driveway and over the track leads you to the iconic Peron Dunes, where you can explore the rolling sands and immerse yourself in the serene coastal environment. If you prefer a walk to the water’s edge, you’re less than 100 steps from the bay, where you can dip your toes in the sea or simply take in the breathtaking views.

Inside, the home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes a shower over a bath and a separate toilet, ensuring convenience and practicality. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals to enjoy together. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine and clothesline available, so you can pack light and freshen up as needed.

Please do note that the bedrooms are in open air spaces, there aren't "rooms" as such. The single bed is under the stairs and is exposed to the living areas. Upstairs is another queen bed and is an open loft.
