The East Coast is a wonderfully remote place - that's part of the reason why travellers love to visit! The best way to experience the east coast is with a car which you can hire from any of Tasmania's major cities and towns including Hobart and Launceston. Many of our guests choose to bring their own car on the Spirit of Tasmania. If you have arrived in Hobart or Launceston and don't have access to a vehicle, contact us and we will happily help you arrange a private chartered transport or discuss public transport options to help you discover East Coast Tasmania.
